Terms
The short version: the work here is free to learn from, it’s mine to publish, and it’s offered honestly but without guarantees. The longer version is below, still in plain language.
Effective August 1, 2026
By using justinryancarver.com, you agree to these terms. You’re welcome to read the site, watch the course videos, follow the links, and share them. Please use the site lawfully and don’t try to disrupt it, break its security, or scrape it in bulk.
The courses, videos, writing, book text, names, and designs on this site are my original work, protected by copyright and other rights. You may watch, learn from, take notes on, and link to any of it — that’s what it’s here for. You may not republish, repackage, resell, or redistribute the content as your own, or use it to train commercial models, without written permission. Quoting a short passage with credit is fine.
Each course covers the same ground as its university equivalent, but it is not an accredited program and does not grant course credit, a certificate, a transcript, or any credential. It’s the knowledge, offered free — the credential is a separate thing you’d earn elsewhere. Nothing here is legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.
Every factual claim in the courses is checked against scholarly references and standard texts, and the sources are published. Even so, the content is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. If you find an error, tell me the video number and the claim through the contact page — corrections get made in the open, and that’s a feature, not a footnote.
The site links to and embeds third-party services — YouTube and TikTok (where the videos are published), book retailers such as Amazon, and Formspree (which handles the email signup). Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, which govern your use of them. I’m not responsible for third-party content or policies.
If you subscribe for updates, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by asking me. See the Privacy Policy for how your email is handled.
To the fullest extent the law allows, I’m not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or its content. You use it at your own discretion.
These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version always lives at this URL with its effective date. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current terms.
